DRI2: Drop DriverAPI.UpdateBuffer.
__dri2ParseEvents() would determine the kind of event, but then call
UpdateBuffer() in either case, and UpdateBuffer() would then have to
figure that out again to dispatch to HandleBufferAttach() or
HandleDrawableConfig(). Pretty pointless.
