progs/es: Move OpenGL ES demos to subdirectories of progs/egl.
Move progs/es1/xegl -> progs/egl/opengles1, progs/es1/screen -> progs/egl/opengles1/screen, progs/es2/xegl -> progs/egl/opengles2.
