Benefits:
- spares us a relocation.
- needed for zone rendering (if that ever happens).
- just awesome.
v2: Rename the debug option. Completely disabling the blitter is
required for Y tiling to work, so this option will cover other
code paths in the future.

should in theory support separate depth/stencil clears (untested).
Also fix some format omissions?

None of the other driver have a silly sufix,
so just drop it. Nothing new added in this commit
or any other commit but this is better marketing.
