Simply the name to egl.

The egl_g3d state tracker has support for KMS, and the support is based on the egl state tracker. As egl_g3d provides more features, it should be better to keep only egl_g3d to unify the efforts.

The intel_xorg file looks like it's got quite a bit of code that could be lifted up into the xorg state tracker -- should really just have a list of pci ids and a pointer to a screen create func.
