2009-10-23i965: Annotate _NEW_COLOR dependency for brw_update_renderbuffer_surface().Eric Anholt
2009-10-23intel: Keep track of x,y offsets in miptrees and use them for blitting.Eric Anholt
By just using offsets, we confused the hardware's tiling calculations, resulting in failures in miptree validation and blit clears. Fixes piglit fbo-clearmipmap. Bug #23552. (automatic mipmap generation)

2009-10-22i965: fix hacked Fallback usage in brw_prepare_vertices()Brian Paul
Setting intel->Fallback = 1 clobbered any fallback state that was already set. Not sure where this hack originated (the git history is a little convoluted). Define and use a new BRW_FALLBACK_DRAW bit instead. This shouldn't break anything and could potentially fix some bugs (but no specific ones are known).
2009-10-22i965: remove unused brw_context::tmp_fallback fieldBrian Paul
2009-10-22i965: remove unused BRW_FALLBACK_TEXTURE bitBrian Paul
The value was probably wrong too. It was the same as INTEL_FALLBACK_DRAW_BUFFER.
2009-10-21i965: change parameter type to gl_formatBrian Paul
2009-10-16mesa: lift default symlinks target into Makefile.templateBrian Paul
Driver Makefiles can still add symlink dependencies/rules if needed.

2009-10-12i965: remove unused varBrian Paul
2009-10-11i965: Fix the last valid address setting for the index buffer.Eric Anholt
Again, last valid address, not first invalid address. Fixes regression in 255e5be265133280293bbfd8b2f9b74b2dec50bb that the kernel now catches and caused piglit draw_elements_base_vertex to fail.
2009-10-11i965: Fix the bounds emitted in the vertex buffer packets.Eric Anholt
It's the address of the last valid byte, not the address of the first invalid byte. This should also fix problems with rendering with the new sanity checks in the kernel.
2009-10-08i965: Use bo_references for the state cache delete function.Eric Anholt
This appears to shave about 3% off the CPU usage in cairo-gl for firefox.
2009-10-05drivers: don't include texformat.hBrian Paul
And remove other unneeded #includes while we're at it.
2009-10-02i965: Use a little stack space to avoid a malloc in wm_get_binding_table.Eric Anholt
2009-10-01Merge branch 'mesa_7_6_branch'Brian Paul
2009-09-30mesa: replace gl_texture_format with gl_formatBrian Paul
Now gl_texture_image::TexFormat is a simple MESA_FORMAT_x enum. ctx->Driver.ChooseTexture format also returns a MESA_FORMAT_x. gl_texture_format will go away next.
2009-09-30i965: Fix massive memory allocation for streaming texture usage.Eric Anholt
Once we've freed a miptree, we won't see any more state cache requests that would hit the things that pointed at it until we've let the miptree get released back into the BO cache to be reused. By leaving those surface state and binding table pointers that pointed at it around, we would end up with up to (500 * texture size) in memory uselessly consumed by the state cache. Bug #20057 Bug #23530
2009-09-28intel: Drop my generatemipmap code in favor of the new shared code.Eric Anholt
2009-09-28intel: Remove some dead metaops code.Eric Anholt

Conflicts: src/mesa/drivers/dri/intel/intel_clear.c
2009-09-24i965: Clean up some mess with the batch cache.Eric Anholt
Its flagging of extra state that's already flagged by the vtbl new_batch when appropriate was confusing my tracking down of the OA clear bug.
2009-09-24Merge branch 'mesa_7_6_branch'Brian Paul
Conflicts: src/mesa/vbo/vbo_exec_array.c
2009-09-24i965: Emit zero initialization for NV VP temporaries as required.Eric Anholt
This is similar to what r300 does inside the driver, but I've added it as a generic option since it seems most hardware will want it. Fixes piglit nv-init-zero-reg.vpfp and nv-init-zero-addr.vpfp.
2009-09-24i965: Remove assert about NV_vp now that it somewhat works.Eric Anholt
2009-09-24i965: Load NV program matrices when required.Eric Anholt
2009-09-11i965: Move OPCODE_DDX/DDY to brw_wm_emit.c and make it actually work.Eric Anholt
Previously, it was trying to mess around with the varying's WM setup data to produce a result. Along with not actually working when passed a varying, this wouldn't work if you did dFd[xy]() on a temporary. Instead, just calculate the derivative using the neighbors in the subspan.
2009-09-10i965: Enable loops in the VS.Eric Anholt
Passes piglit glsl-vs-loop testcase. Bug #20171
2009-09-10i965: Fix relocation delta for WM surfaces.Eric Anholt
This was a regression in 0f328c90dbc893e15005f2ab441d309c1c176245. Bug #23688 Bug #23254 (cherry picked from commit 5604b27b9326ac542069a49ed9650c4b0d3e939a)

2009-09-08intel: Add support for ARB_draw_elements_base_vertex.Eric Anholt
On the 965, we just drop the value into the primitive packet. On non-945, we rely on the sw tnl code handling it.
2009-09-08i965: Add support for ARB_depth_clamp.Eric Anholt
2009-09-08i965: Respect spec requirement for pixel shader computed depth with no zbuffer.Eric Anholt
2009-09-08i965: Set NULL WM surfaces as tiled according to requirement by specs.Eric Anholt
2009-09-08i965: Use the renderbuffer surface size instead of region size for WM surfaces.Eric Anholt
For drawing to lower mipmap levels, the region size makes the renderbuffer be the size of the lowest level, instead of the current level. On DRI1, Brian previously found that the RB size was incorrect, so leave this broken there.

2009-09-04intel: Update Mesa state before span setup in glReadPixels.Eric Anholt
We could have mapped the wrong set of draw buffers. Noticed while looking into a DRI2 glean ReadPixels issue. (cherry picked from commit afc981ee46791838f3cb83e11eb33938aa3efc83)
2009-09-04i965: Don't set the complete field when there is more VUE yet to come.Eric Anholt
This should help with things like lightsmark, but I don't have a testcase for this commit.
2009-09-04i965: Add support for 2 threads in the GS.Eric Anholt
This brings noop vertex shader throughput from 6.8M verts/sec to 10.4M verts/sec using GL_QUADs on my GM45.
2009-09-04i965: Add support for KIL_NV in brw_wm_emit.cEric Anholt
I ran into this lack of support when writing a shader that always discarded the fragments.
2009-09-04i965: Add missing state dependency of sf_unit on _NEW_BUFFERS.Eric Anholt

2009-09-04i965: Fix source depth reg setting for FSes reading and writing to depth.Eric Anholt
For some IZ setups, we'd forget to account for the source depth register being present, so we'd both read the wrong reg, and write output depth to the wrong reg. Bug #22603. (cherry picked from commit f44916414ecd2b888c8a680d56b7467ccdff6886)
2009-09-04i965: Respect CondSwizzle in OPCODE_IF.Eric Anholt
Fixes piglit glsl-vs-if-bool and progs/glsl/twoside, and will likely be useful for the looping code. Bug #18992 (cherry picked from commit 78c022acd0b37bf8b32f04313d76255255e769c1) (cherry picked from commit 63d7a2f53fb38e170f4e55f2b599e918edf2c512)
