This allows things like float[3] x = float[3](1., 2., 3.);
Parsing and AST construction now. Codegen not working yet.

This is the only method supported in GLSL 1.20 so we take a few short-cuts.

errors. Also changed the top clean target to do the `touch
configs/current' dance instead of realclean.

exp() was using __asm float_exp (OPCODE_EXP) but that computes base two, not e.
