Also remove the redundant $(call ...).

This is a purely mechanical change, performed with
find package linux toolchain boot -name \*.mk | \
  xargs sed -i -e 's/$(eval $(call GENTARGETS))/$(eval $(generic-package))/' \
               -e 's/$(eval $(call AUTOTARGETS))/$(eval $(autotools-package))/' \
               -e 's/$(eval $(call CMAKETARGETS))/$(eval $(cmake-package))/'

<title>lpc32xxcdl: fix patch step</title>

The lpc32xxcdl files have dos newlines, which our patch infrastructure
doesn't handle. Work around it by converting the affected files to unix
newlines before patching.

Atmel at91sam9 and NXP lpc32xx are both all arm926t, so only show
then if that arm variant is selected.
