Remove incorrect 'dummy' example
Since the introduction of the AUTOTARGETS infrastructure, the dummy example is no longer correct. Moreover, the documentation now contains extensive details about how new packages should be added, either using the GENTARGETS or the AUTOTARGETS infrastructures.
