+[PATCH] Navcom needs binary support
+
+Enable binary support when navcom driver is enabled, otherwise the build
+errors out with:
+
+./libgpsd.so: undefined reference to `navcom_binary'
+
+If no other drivers needing binary support are enabled.
+
