A C library will have been built by the toolchain makefiles, so there is no
need for packages to explicitly depend on uclibc.

Still feel a good change to make as some of the suggestions recently made it look
like Makefile.autotools.in might add support for installing a list of binaries etc
and this would benefit this package.
