oprofile depends on binutils_target, but binutils_target fails to build with external toolchains because the binutils version has not been choosen. This patch bumps the version to 0.9.4 and converts the oprofile.mk to use Makefile.autotools.in. Patches against 0.9.3 are removed since they are no longer needed and a new patch for 0.9.4 is added.
