screen's configure script thinks it is running on a SVR4 system when it
detects libelf, breaking the build.
At the same time cleanup the package somewhat, and ensure the correct
CFLAGS are used.

Thanks to the pkgparentdir and pkgname functions, we can rewrite the
AUTOTARGETS macro in a way that avoids the need for each package to
repeat its name and the directory in which it is present.
