2011-02-17package: apply libtool patch where possiblePeter Korsgaard
Now that we have libtool-2.2.x patch support, we can get rid of a bunch of _LIBTOOL_PATH = NO, fixing (potential) cross link issues. In case that wpa_supplicant is configured with DBus interface, it calls pkg-config to find the dbus headers and libraries.
