draw: Fix the edge flags of flatshade_first polygons.
This bug can be triggered by rendering polygons with
glProvokingVertexEXT(GL_FIRST_VERTEX_CONVENTION_EXT);
glPolygonMode(GL_FRONT_AND_BACK, GL_LINE);
