mesa: _mesa_unpack_image
1. take packed pixel data as a component
2. fix for GL_BITMAP when compiling glTexImage, etc into
a display list: a. flip byte if lsbFirst is true since
DefaultPacking->lsbFirst is false. b. handle SkipPixels
