Move initialization of server_support from __glXProcessServerString to
__glXCalcualteUsableExtensions. By having both callers of
__glXProcessServerString initialize the bit-fields passed in, we guarantee
that the correct amount of data is initialized:
This fixes bugzilla #7353.
