Subject: [PATCH] bits/socket.h: add SOCK_CLOEXEC and SOCK_NONBLOCK support
This patch adds support for SOCK_CLOEXEC and SOCK_NONBLOCK socket
descriptor flags, which are introduced since Linux 2.6.27
